Scope
This policy applies to all orders for all products in the United States.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of confirmed delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery, providing photos of the item, the original packaging and Airway Bill (AWB) label/number.
We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you; in most cases, defective items do not need to be returned.
Non-Defective Returns
For non-defective returns, items must be:
- Unused
- In resellable condition
- In original packaging with all protective materials
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Mooni cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item as per our policy and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
