We know you’re ordering a statement piece, so we move quickly, pack carefully, and ship using premium, professional carriers with tracking and insurance for peace of mind.

This policy applies to all orders for all products in the United States.
Shipping Rates
We keep shipping simple:
- USA: FREE shipping on all orders
Professional Express Carriers
We only ship with professional carriers to ensure speed, reliability, and safe handling - most commonly DHL and FedEX.
(Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and operational requirements).
Same-Day Order Processing
Orders are normally processed the same day so production can begin without delay (excluding rare operational exceptions).
Order Cut-Off Times
Orders submitted after the following times will usually be submitted for production the next day.
- USA - 3pm PST
Handling Time
Order processing time which includes production is 1 to 5 days - Monday to Saturday.
Transit Time
Transit times begin after dispatch (once tracking is issued) and takes between 3 and 7 days - Monday to Saturday.
Order to Delivery Times
Estimated total order to delivery time: 4–12 days from order confirmation.
Tracking Provided on Every Order
- You’ll receive a tracking number for every shipment.
- Your tracking number confirms your artwork has completed production and has been dispatched to the carrier.
- Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after dispatch.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are complete and accurate at checkout. If you need to request an address update, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Address changes may be possible before shipment, but are not guaranteed once a shipping label has been created or the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Customs & Carrier Delays
We do everything possible to deliver quickly, but occasional delays can occur outside our control, including:
- Customs clearance or inspections
- Weather events
- Carrier service disruptions
- Remote-area delivery constraints
We will contact you by email in the case of important shipping event notifications.
